Established in 1987, Wheeler Sales & Marketing was family owned and operated until purchased by the current owners in 1999.
In April 2000, with the merger of our warehousing operations and those of Attwood & Osborne Trading Company Limited, Wheeler Sales & Marketing became Wheeler (NZ) Limited - Wheeler's.

Today we sell both our own brands and a range of agency brands throughout the New Zealand grocery trade. We have grown from a purely Auckland route trade supplier to now supplying customers from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island. And we export to the Pacific Islands as well.

In 2003 we achieved full ANZFSA/ HACCAP certification which remain current today.
In addition we hold accreditation for both MAF Biosecurity and NZ Customs Transitional Facility accreditation.

TODAY WHEELER NEW ZEALAND LIMITED IS: 

• An Importer and Distributor
• An Agency Company representing overseas suppliers
• A Brand Owner with our own range of products
• An Exporter of New Zealand products

Wheeler's today still retains much of the family business culture and values. Our team is made up of a group who have either known each other or worked together for  many years, in some cases decades.

The current owners all have a long history in the Grocery Trade from retail to manufacturing and marketing and these skills help ensure our focus remains on delivering the best customer service possible.

We do not sell direct to the public, all our sales are to businesses either trading in the grocery industry or exporting to the Pacific Islands. Customers are serviced by our own Account Managers and Agents. Auckland and Wellington Route Trade customers are serviced by Authorised Distributors.
